Kim Kardashian and fake robbery story

A website sued by Kim Kardashian for claiming she “faked” her harrowing Paris robbery has issued a retraction, and her suit has been settled.
MediaTakeOut has issued an apology to Kardashian, posting the retraction: “MediaTakeOut regrettably published a series of false stories about [Kardashian] suggesting she faked the robbery in Paris, lied to authorities and then filed a $5.6 million fraudulent insurance claim for her stolen jewelry. MediaTakeOut knows that Mrs. Kardashian West was in fact robbed in Paris.”
The site removed its “fake” robbery stories.
A rep for Kardashian didn’t respond to a request for comment on the suit. But the site posted, “We are pleased that this matter has been resolved to satisfaction of all the parties.”
