Senator Ogola advocates for amendment of tax laws for the rich

The Senator representing Bayelsa West Senatorial district in the National Assembly, Foster Ogola has called for the amendment of tax laws to make the rich pay for the poor.

While speaking with DAILY POST in Abuja, he explained that the current tax laws operative in Nigeria were obsolete and not in tandem with modern reality.

He stressed that there was need for the rich to pay tax that would be used in servicing expenses incurred by the poor, adding that in such way, the system would be balanced and fair to all.
